Campsie Glen
A wooded glen reached on foot from Clachan of Campsie, with a path beside the Kirk Burn and picnic spots under the trees. It offers families a burnside walk without committing to the higher hill routes.
Before you go
The small village car park often fills up. Have another plan if the marked spaces are full. Do not park on verges, in front of gates or across residents' access. A larger public car park is in Lennoxtown. Check for ticks after your visit and remove them promptly.
