Clatteringshaws
Lochside views, waterbirds and the nearby Bruce’s Stone give families an outdoor stopping place on the Queen’s Way. Clatteringshaws also sits within Galloway’s Dark Sky Park for those planning a suitable evening visit.
Before you go
The café and toilets are permanently closed. This listing covers the outdoor lochside destination. Use the roadside pull-ins overlooking the loch; do not expect visitor-centre facilities.
