Glencoe Lochan
A one-mile trail circles Glencoe Lochan beneath tall trees, with mountain reflections and places to rest. Families can enjoy a lochside walk without tackling the woodland and mountain climbs.
Before you go
The Lochan Trail is temporarily graded Easy, rather than Easy All Abilities. Heavy rain can leave a short section under surface water. Other trails are strenuous. The approach drive is unsuitable for motorhomes. Parking charges apply; toilets are in Glencoe village. Watch children closely beside open water. Wear a life jacket if entering the water and avoid alcohol near or in it. Check for ticks after your visit and remove them promptly.
