Paradise Island Adventure Golf Glasgow
Paradise Island gives you a game to play together indoors, with two separate 18-hole courses at GRID Braehead. Start with one if you are unsure how long the children will stick with it. Older siblings can keep score while younger children get a hand with their putting.

Our family take
This is a good fit for primary-age children and older siblings who enjoy a shared game, especially on a wet day. You can make a short outing of the golf alone or add lunch at Braehead. If your child mainly wants to run and climb, soft play is likely to suit them better.
- With younger children. Keep scoring optional and expect to help. Two courses can be a long time to keep taking turns.
- Before paying. Compare one or two courses, your family’s ages and any offer conditions. A discounted second round only helps if everyone wants to play it.
- Prams and wheelchairs. At least one course is accessible; ask which route to use before choosing a two-course ticket.

- Choose one or two courses. Family tickets cover two adults and two children, or one adult and three children. Check the age bands and total before paying.
- Offer choices
- Compare the operator’s offers with any provider promotion. The better option depends on when you visit, who is playing, eligibility and how many courses you want.
- Getting there
- Head for GRID Braehead, Kings Inch Road, PA4 8XQ. Parking is free, with Blue Badge bays. Allow time to find the golf inside the leisure centre.
- Opening
- Open daily, normally from noon on weekdays and 10am at weekends. School-holiday hours can change; last tee-off is one hour before closing.
- Access
- The operator provides at least one course suitable for wheelchairs, buggies and prams at each venue. Contact Glasgow about your setup and course choice.

Ages and one course or two
Children putt around obstacles and through tropical scenery, moving from hole to hole together. School-age children can enjoy keeping score; with preschoolers, helping them get the ball into the hole may be enough. Babies and toddlers are accompanying the outing rather than getting a full golf activity of their own. The operator recommends an adult accompanies under-16s.
A course usually takes 35–45 minutes, rising to around 45–55 minutes at busy times. Leave roughly an hour for one, including getting organised. Two courses are different layouts, so keen players get another set of holes, but younger children may have had enough after the first.

Booking through a ticket provider

Food, toilets and baby facilities
GRID has restaurants, toilets and accessible toilets, so you can plan a meal before or after golf. Food and other activities are separate spending. Ask staff where the nearest toilets are before starting your round.
If you need baby changing, a place to feed or a particular accessible toilet, check the location with GRID or the golf team first. Facilities in the neighbouring Braehead shopping centre are separate from the golf venue.

Noise and waiting
This is a shared indoor leisure venue. If crowds, background sound or waiting for a turn could make the visit hard, ask the Glasgow team when they suggest coming and what the course is like. Do not book on the assumption that there is a quiet session.
Make more of your Braehead visit
One round can be enough for a short rainy-day outing. Lunch or the cinema in GRID is an easy way to extend it without moving the car, but budget and book separately where needed.
For a longer Glasgow visit with more freedom to wander, Riverside Museum is another indoor option. It needs a separate journey from Braehead; choose it as an alternative or leave enough time between the two.
