Plodda Falls
A short trail leads through tall trees to views of Plodda Falls. Families who are comfortable with steep paths and steps can make a waterfall outing in the woods beyond Tomich.
Before you go
The half-mile Falls Trail is moderate, with steep slopes, stone steps, roots and potentially narrow or muddy ground. The drive continues beyond Tomich along narrow road and forest track. Drive slowly and use passing places. Mobile reception is limited. Parking charges apply; refreshments are in Tomich and Cannich. Watch children closely beside open water. Wear a life jacket if entering the water and avoid alcohol near or in it. Check for ticks after your visit and remove them promptly.
